How long is the average production time?

Some product is in stock and may be shipped next day. Most apparel will ship in 3-5 days, unless otherwise noted. Larger quantities of promotional materials may have longer lead times if the order exceeds in-stock quantities.

If you have a specific deadline, please include that information in the notes at checkout. The Derstines Screen Printing & Embroidery team will work to accommodate your needs and will contact you if there are any concerns.

Order updates and tracking information will be communicated through email.

Are custom orders for products not listed on the site available?

Yes, please contact the Derstines Screen Printing & Embroidery team to discuss additional options.  

Is it OK to use a different logo?
Bergey’s has approved the use of the logos as seen on this website. If you’d like a variation or different logo applied to a product, please send it to the Derstines Screen Printing & Embroidery team and we will check with Bergey’s Marketing Dept. for approval.
Can I return my purchase?

We are sorry, but due to the custom nature of the product on this website, we are not able to accommodate returns. 

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged as soon as you complete the checkout process.

The exception to this is for managers have access to NET 30 invoicing.
